El Oeste Underground Fest regresa en 2019 con una cuarta edición que promete estar rebosante de los sonidos metálicos más extremos. El lugar elegido volverá a ser el Pavilhão Multiusos da Malveira, en el municipio de Mafra (Liboa), y la fecha el 2 de noviembre.
Las bandas participantes son Biolence (thrash/death metal), Dharma (melodic/metal/hardcore), Valafar (death/sludge metal), Phreneticis (progressive death metal), Wicked (thrash metal old school), Basalto (stoner/doom), Basement Torture Killings (grindcore), Destroyers Of All (deasth/trash), Congruity (black metal), Skinning (brutal death metal), Gwydion (epic folk metal) y Corpus Christii (black metal).
